Our work began on the first day, after the DANA. Having our own offices in different parts of the Valencian Community, we were directly affected by floods and losses, but we have acted very quickly due to our proximity to the disaster areas.

From the first moment, we have been adapting to the different needs of the affected towns, collaborating in different ways with city councils, other entities and the community in general.

Our actions have focused on:

• Delivering hot meals to the affected families and personnel working there.
• Distribution of food, cleaning and personal hygiene products, both at headquarters and in homes.
• Providing showers and toilet facilities through our Hygiene Bus.
• Providing free temporary accommodation to affected families, through an agreement with Airbnb.
• Helping to clean, refurbish and furnish affected homes.
• Assist affected people through the Golden Phone.
