Goods donated in kind in Spain may not be appropriate to the needs of the population and to the humanitarian and logistical situation on the ground, which can vary rapidly in crisis situations and must be constantly evaluated by humanitarian response teams on the ground.

Products can spoil due to transportation, storage, shelf life and handling for preservation.

This creates an additional problem, the logistical problem of storage and movement.

Did you know that you can recover up to 80% of your donation on your tax return?

The first €150 you donate will be 80% tax deductible and from €150 onwards, 35% will be deductible. In addition, if you have been donating to Mensajeros de la Paz for more than 3 years, your tax deduction in this last section is increased up to 40%.
