This Wednesday, February 14th, we invite you to join us in celebrating Valentine’s Day, the patron saint of lovers, at the Church of San Antón (63 Hortaleza St). As, alongside Padre Ángel, we’ve arranged a series of religious and cultural activities to commemorate this special day.

Throughout the day, we welcome you to come and leave a “love ribbon” on the gate protecting the relics of Saint Valentine, a beautiful tradition that we’re delighted to uphold and share with you.

This year, our celebration coincides with Ash Wednesday, marking the beginning of Lent for Catholics. Therefore, we’ve also scheduled two masses, one at 12:00 PM and another at 7:00 PM, where you’ll have the opportunity to receive the imposition of ashes if you wish.

The Church of San Antón will once again be transformed into a space of unity, prayer, and reflection for our community. We invite you to join us on this unique day, where we can express our love for Saint Valentine and begin the Lenten journey together with Ash Wednesday.
